Serendipitous things don’t happen very often, but it’s always nice when they do. And a good bit of serendipity happened here at CoaterZ recently, and we thought you might like for us to share it with you.
One of our customers bought a new luxury SUV recently, and he brought it into the CoaterZ shop in Sarasota to get the windows tinted. While the SUV was here, he decided to have front and rear cameras installed, as well. He said the installation was “very neat and clean.”
We liked hearing that. It’s always great to get a good review from a customer. But the real good news came a couple of weeks later. Actually, it was one of those bad news – good news situations.
The bad news was that the customer’s car got hit – hard — in the rear while parked. And the driver of the other car didn’t stop. BUT – that new rear camera captured the entire event, and the capture showed the offending car as well as its license plate.
The result: more than $22,000 in damages paid by the other driver’s insurance company.
“I believe CoaterZ people are first class professionals and work very well as a team,” our customer said.
